CHARLES “CHIP” COTTON - CASE MANAGER

Charles currently attends San Joaquin Delta College and is working to complete his certificate to become a Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counselor, and an Associates degree in Psychology. Originally from San Francisco, Charles moved to Stockton in 1974 after serving as a stationary engineer and fuel and water tester for the Navy. He enjoys fishing, golfing, working on his cars, and empowering men to develop life skills and healthy hobbies of their own. He is passionate about providing others with opportunities to establish safe and secure housing, and thus hopes to one day open a sober living home of his own.

JOEY GAYLOR - CASE MANAGER

Joey attends San Joaquin Delta College where he is pursuing his degree in Psychology and Substance Abuse counseling. He believes that people can change and that every person deserves the opportunity to rebuild their lives. He is grateful to be a part of working to support others in their recovery. He is currently in recovery himself and is passionate about assisting others in their recovery journey.
