Our Mission

  • Lily Pad Living is a network of secure and comfortable transitional, sober living environments in Stockton, California. Our homes are founded and run by licensed staff, peer mentors, and a passionate team of advocates.

  • Residents receive safety, support, and structure as they embark on their journey towards recovery and successful independent living.

  • We are committed to offering homes that allow residents to flourish in a social, peer-run environment that is founded upon empathy, inclusiveness, and mutual respect.

  • With affordable and accommodating home environments, our goal is to provide an atmosphere by which residents can heal from their substance use disorders, past traumas, foster regrowth, and be inspired to live more meaningful and productive lives.

In order to fulfill our mission and ensure the safety and success of our residents, Lily Pad Living follows the code of ethics and standards set forth by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) for sober living environments, as well as the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). We also promote and utilize the philosophies of the Nurturing Parenting Programs, with a specific emphasis on the philosophies used with substance using families. We are supported by certified Nurturing Parenting instructors, certified substance abuse counselors, rape crisis and domestic violence advocates, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and many others in the community that are committed to helping us achieve our mission. Our team provides each resident with the support, structure, and mentorship that they need in order to be successful by using evidence-based practices.

Furthermore, Lily Pad Living can accommodate individuals participating in Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) and work diligently with community partners to ensure adequate collaboration to support the resident. Our staff and case managers also have extensive experience in working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
